Simply allowing...

Allowing the light to Shine from within...

This is about allowing oneself to shift from a lower vibration to a higher. By allowing oneself to go within to the heart, one then releases the toxic emotions which keep us stuck and sick and shut out the sunlight of the Spirit.

These emotions are unforgiveness, anger, envy, greed, resentments, anything which can eat away at us, at our very bodies (cancer), at our souls over time.

When we allow ourselves to forgive, to release resentments, to see another with compassion or empathy rather than to dismiss them or to see them with anger, then we literally build new energy within the heart. This energy is crystalline in form and design, and forms the basis for us to move into greater and greater peace, joy and fulfillment because it is self fulfilling and self sustaining especially when it is applied in meaningful and joyful collaboration.

In other words, as we begin to feel better and reach out to others in helpfulness
and joy, this energy builds in us; we become more joyful; more of who we are meant to be and thus we transmit, by example, how it all works in us. By setting an example of how the Crystalline Energy works, we provide a blueprint, if you will, for the next person. . . .and the next . . .and through this type of collaboration, assist in building the New Earth . . .one person at a time . . as Jesus said. . "love your neighbor as yourself. . "

It must all, however, begin by simply allowing yourself to live in the heart-space, with the desire to put aside the toxic emotions which destroy the Soul.
