the planting of seeds..

Everyday we plant seeds..

Our every thought and every action is a seed. When we are around people.. we easily plant seeds. When we smile at another, glance at another (energy exchange), and talk to another .. we plant seeds.

When we talk to someone for instance.. the energy behind the words and our message plants seeds into others. Words are vibrations and when we speak .. the energy ripples outward. It is important to use words wisely.. as plants and children absorb energy rather quickly.

When we THINK a THOUGHT.. this is a seed we plant in reality... It manifests in our outward reality...

When we act on something this too is a seed we plant .. in those who witness our action. And the energy behind our action which begins with a thought ripples out into the world.

When we think of another person with negative or positive intention.. we too plant seeds within the person and ALSO within ourselves.

We each have an inner garden and it is important to visit it daily through meditation.. to see what we are planting and what we are allowing others to plant in our garden. Because our plants give much fruit..

We must watch our thoughts, our speech, and our actions daily.. to see that they reflect the HEART of our WHOLE selves.. to see that they REFLECT higher consciousness.. and awareness in the true SPIRITUAL nature that ALL is.

We must understand that we are powerful beyond measure.. and in this understanding we must take responsibility once and for all for what we plant daily.

Let's plant seeds of Love.. seeds of compassion and seeds of TRUTH in everyone and everything we come across to the best of our ability.
